1 General Provisions & Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between la44 ("Platform", "we", "us") and any user ("you", "Member"). la44 is an online betting and casino platform that provides entertainment gaming services for users in Bangladesh.

Key Definitions

• "Platform" — The la44 website and all associated services.
• "Member" — Any registered user who holds an active account.
• "Gaming Services" — Slots, live casino, sports betting, and other features.
• "Bonus" — Any promotional reward or additional credit issued by la44.
• "Real Money" — Actual funds deposited into a Member's account.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility Requirements

To open an account and use the services at la44, Members must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be 21 years of age or older. Accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately.
• Each individual may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.

• You must operate the account in your own name, using your own funds, and solely for yourself.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

Deposit Conditions

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (applicable for all methods).
• Deposits will only be accepted from a payment method registered in the Member's own name.
• Depositing from a third-party account is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a method registered in the Member's own name.
• To withdraw bonus funds, the specified wagering requirements must be met.

4 Bonus & Promotional Offer Terms

la44 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to Members. The following terms apply to claiming and using these bonuses:

Welcome Bonus

• New Members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.
• Example: Deposit ৳14,000 or more and receive the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳24,000.

Wagering Requirement

• The bonus amount must be wagered 20 times.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit plus bonus.
• Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.

General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and terms — details will be listed on the offer page.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, false information, or dishonest methods is prohibited and may result in account termination.
• la44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• Bonus funds cannot be cashed out using a Member's real money until wagering is complete.

5 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games on the la44 platform are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. We are committed to fair play and ensure equal opportunity for all Members.

Permitted Gaming Conduct

• Gaming should be for entertainment purposes only and at your own risk.
• All bets must be placed personally — the use of automated software, bots, or scripts is prohibited.
• Any attempt to influence game outcomes will result in account closure.

Prohibited Activities

• Collusion (unlawful cooperation with other players).
• Bonus abuse — exploiting loopholes in bonus terms.
• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Intentionally exploiting software bugs or errors.

If la44 suspects that a Member's conduct violates any of the above prohibitions, the account may be temporarily suspended pending the outcome of an investigation.

6 Sports Betting Rules

The sports betting service at la44 gives Members the opportunity to bet on cricket, football, kabaddi, and various other sports. The following specific terms apply to sports betting:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless la44 permits it under special circumstances.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed before it begins, la44 reserves the right to refund the bet amount or settle it in another way.
• In the event of odds changes, the odds at the time the bet was placed will apply.
• la44 is not liable if a bet is not accepted due to a technical issue.
• la44 does not guarantee the accuracy of information relating to any specific club, player, or fixture.

7 VIP Program & Loyalty Rewards

Active Members at la44 can automatically participate in our three-tier VIP program. Members will be promoted based on their gaming activity.

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.2%.

Promotion to each tier depends on gaming activity and regular participation. VIP benefits may change at la44's discretion. Cashback is added directly to the account and separate terms may apply.

8 Account Suspension & Closure Policy

la44 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close a Member's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud, deception, or dishonest conduct.
• Evidence of operating multiple accounts.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Due to a court order or legal obligation.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period.

In the event of account closure, la44 will consider returning the valid account balance (excluding bonuses), but reserves the right to hold funds while an investigation is ongoing.

13 Terms Amendment Policy

14 Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

The Bengali version of these terms and conditions is authoritative. In case of any dispute, the Bengali version will prevail.
